"I had a really positive experience with CarBean and Russell. There was no pressure at any point—in fact, the whole process was surprisingly enjoyable. With a young family, it was important that things were straightforward and flexible, and Russell was incredibly accommodating throughout. His friendly and professional approach made all the difference. The car is exactly as advertised and we are really pleased with it. The process of reserving the car and booking a timed slot to view the car worked really well too, I will definitely use Russell again in the future."
