1. View & Test Drive

Reserve a car and book a viewing online, or phone 07932 606862. If you reserve, the car is secured for 48 hours, so no one else can buy before you. Reservations cost £95 and are fully refunded when you view the car.

You will be given time to inspect and test drive the car, and we will guide you through your warranty options. We want you to be happy with the buying experience. There is no pressure here!

2. Click & Collect

Choose a collection date & warranty package, pay, and benefit from our 14 day Money Back Guarantee. If you have a part exchange, bring your old car and drive away your new car!

If you live over 100 miles from our location, we offer a FREE hotel stay to break up your journeys. Choose from 'Holiday Inn Express,' or 'Hampton by Hilton.' Both have superb facilities and include cooked breakfast with our compliments! See our Click & Collect page.

3. Home Delivery

Choose a delivery date & warranty package, pay, and benefit from our 14 day Money Back Guarantee! If you have a part exchange we will deliver your new car and collect your old car.

Yes. All our cars are checked and fully prepared before being offered for sale.

After you have viewed the car, your £95 reservation will be refunded in full, no problem.

If you choose not to view the car in person, we can deliver your new car to your home. If you have a part exchange we will deliver your new car and collect your old car.

We understand choosing the right car can mean facing a long journey. We want you to be happy with the buying experience, and this means breaking up the journeys with a comfortable stay.

Yes. You can be sure each car has undergone a 120+ point quality and mechanical check.

Every car is inspected by an independent garage and CarBean. When you purchase a car from us you will be given your car's 120+ point checklist document.

Every car comes with a 30 day standard warranty covering total failure of the engine and gearbox.

We recommend you upgrade with an Extended Care Package for ultimate peace of mind:

✔ Unlimited mileage warranty

✔ Parts & labour included

Click & collect and home delivery customers are required to purchase a warranty of 6 months or longer. See our Warranty page for details.

If you choose click & collect or home delivery you are covered by our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. We want you to be delighted with your new car, but if you are unhappy for any reason you can return the vehicle to us.

All we stipulate is that you make an appointment within 7 days to return the car. You have 14 days from delivery to return the car to us in the same condition as received, with the mileage reading increased by no more than 250 miles from when delivered. (Excess mileage is deducted at 45p per mile.) You will be refunded and the money will be back in your account within 2 to 5 working days after you have returned the car.

Bank transfers are our preferred method of payment. We are unable to accept cash.

Yes. If you have finance on your part-exchange or a car you would like to sell, that's no problem. We are happy to settle your finance.

Yes. Our favoured way to buy cars is from you, the public. We can give an immediate sale, and we aim to give a better experience than major car buying websites and auctions.

Yes. Your number plate is a cherished item. We make it easy and put your registration number on certificate (retention) so it can be applied to your new car, if desired.

We do not charge for this service. However, if new physical number plates are required, these cost £25.
