Can I drive away a car after a viewing?
Yes. All our cars are checked and fully prepared before being offered for sale.
What if I don't want the car after a viewing?
If you have reserved a car, but are not happy with it for any reason, your £95 reservation will be refunded in full, no problem.
How do I pay for a car after a viewing?
Bank transfers are our preferred method of payment. We are unable to accept cash. See our bank details here.
We encourage customers to phone their bank ahead of viewing a car, to advise of a possible large payment. This will reduce the inconvenience of payments being held due to anti-fraud systems. We want you to be happy with the buying experience.
Can you deliver my new car?
We will deliver your new car to your home for free, up to 100 miles by road from our location. Check your distance here.
If you have a part-exchange car we will drop off your new car and collect your old car.

How do I pay for a car with home delivery?
For home delivery, we accept payments by bank transfer only. See our bank details here.
Customers may wish to phone their bank to advise of a large payment. This will reduce the inconvenience of payments being held due to anti-fraud systems.
What if I don't like a car after home delivery?
If you buy a car and choose home delivery you are covered by our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. We want you to be delighted with your new car, but if you are unhappy for any reason you can return the vehicle to us.
All we stipulate is that you make an appointment within 7 days to return the car. You have 14 days from delivery to return the car to us in the same condition as received, with the mileage reading increased by no more than 250 miles from when delivered. (Excess mileage is deducted at 45p per mile.) You will be refunded and the money will be back in your account within 2 to 5 working days after you have returned the car.

Are your cars quality checked?
Yes. You can be sure each car has undergone a 120+ point quality and mechanical check.
Every car is inspected by an independent garage and CarBean. When you purchase a car from us you will be given your car's 120+ point check document.
Do your cars come with a warranty?
Every car comes with a 30 day standard warranty covering total failure of the engine and gearbox.
We recommend you upgrade with an Extended Care Package for ultimate peace of mind. We include:

Will you take my car in part exchange?
Yes, we consider most makes and models. We will be very happy to take your part exchange.

Can you settle the finance on my current car?
Yes. If you have finance on your part-exchange or a car you would like to sell, that's no problem. We are happy to settle your finance.

Do you provide car finance?
No, sorry we do not offer finance. We accept bank transfers and credit/debit cards.
Do you buy cars from the public?
Yes. Our favoured way to buy cars is from you, the public. We can give an immediate sale, and we aim to give a better experience than major car buying websites and auctions.

Can I keep my private number plate?
Yes. Your number plate is a cherished item. We make it easy and put your registration number on certificate (retention) so it can be applied to your new car, if desired.
We do not charge for this service. However, if new physical number plates are required, these cost £25.
